Many programs have limited offerings that commit students to career paths that may not fit their goals
Real World Training
In our modern student spa, which won Modern Salon Media's School Facilities Award, students practice advanced techniques such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED light therapy, body treamtments, custom blend facials, and more!
Turning Your Skills into Income
Students receive training in business skills such as social media marketing, networking, retailing, upgrading, and client retention so they have the tools to be financially successful in their career
Job Search Skills
Students train in resume creation, mock interviews, and job search strategy. Each graduate completes a Career Counseling Session to guide their search
Technology
Students receive laptops in their student kit and utilize technology in the classroom and in the student spa to enhance learning and prepare them for esthetician life in the new tech economy. Alexander Paul Institute was honored for use of Technology in the Modern Salon Media Excellence in Education Awards.
Esthetics Program
700 Hours (35 Weeks, Approximately 8.2 Months)The Esthetics Program prepares students for a career as a licensed esthetician working in the beauty industry in establishments such as medical spas or medi spas, dermatology offices or clinics, day spas & salons, independent spa rooms, destination spas, in make-up artistry, etc. Students learn:

The Esthetics Program includes 100 more hours than required in North Carolina to teach extra skills beyond the standard curriculum required to get an esthetician license. Our program includes 2 extra texts, Skin Care: Beyond the Basics & Make-Up Designory’s Beauty Make-up Text. Students also receive and review the Bioelements: The Manual.
Financial Aid is Available for Those Who Qualify. Private Payments can also be financed through the school at no interest.
